We built this simple filtration hand cart to be moved around a power plant. The cart utilized a 20″ Shelco Filters filter housing and a Global Filter 1-micron meltblown cartridge filter. A 1″ Wilden aluminum air-operated double diaphragm pump pumps through the filter. We used a Continental Contitech Fabchem UHMW hose to connect the pump to the filter and Dixon Valve pressure gauges and ball valves to control the cart and change out filters.
We can make any combination of carts utilizing different pumps, filters and controls — no matter how simplistic or complex you want to make it.
