We just finished a complete overhaul of a Sundyne LMV 811 API pump for a local Wisconsin Power Plant. Commonly found for pumping boiler feed water, condensate services or desuperheating, these pumps are key to keeping power plants up and running for power production. We did a complete rebuild of this pump, including a gearbox exchange through Sundyne’s Gearbox exchange program, allowing the pump to be rebuilt to like-new condition. After the pump was torn down and cleaned up, we replaced seals, elastomers and filter, along with the shell & tube heat exchanger for cooling the oil in the pump. After assembly we painted the pump and gearbox to help protect the pump from future environments.
