Every year, Anderson Process recognizes employees who have gone above and beyond to make a positive impact in our organization while holding true to our core company values. We are proud to announce our award winners for 2022:
The DKB Sales Excellence Award was named after our 2nd owner, who was key in laying the ground work with customers, suppliers and employees, allowing us to become one of the premier fluid equipment distributors in the Midwest. Gregg Gordon is our Northwest Indiana/Illinois Territory Manager, and is based out of our Lombard, Illinois location. Gregg earned the DKB sales Award with his determination, technical product knowledge, loyalty to his customers and continued sales growth.
The JSK Award was named after a long time-dedicated employee who transitioned through three different owners and was key to our growth in her nearly 50 years of dedication to Anderson Process. Chris Cravens is one of our Operations Manager’s based at our Indianapolis, Indiana location. Chris earned the JSK award by being an intricate part of the Anderson team with his vast technical knowledge and willingness to train others. He has expanded our repair team capabilities and is determined to continue to grow within the company.
