Every year, Anderson Process recognizes employees who have gone above and beyond to make a positive impact in our organization while holding true to our core company values. We are proud to announce our award winners for 2020:
JSK Award – Pat Donahue
The JSK Award was named after a long time-dedicated employee who transitioned through three different owners and was key to our growth in her nearly 50 years of dedication to Anderson Process. Pat Donahue, an Application Engineer out of our Illinois location, earned the 2020 JSK Award by demonstrating his willingness to learn and help others, all while having a positive attitude during an ever-changing 2020 calendar year.
DKB Sales Excellence Award – Mike Brown
The DKB Sales Excellence Award was named after our 2nd owner, who was key in laying the ground work with customers, suppliers and employees, allowing us to become one of the premier fluid equipment distributors in the Midwest. Mike Brown, our Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Sales Manager based out of our Indiana location, earned the DKB Sales Excellence Award in 2020 by proving that you can be the ultimate teammate and leader, and still successfully hit your sales numbers.
