Founded in 2000 by seasoned veterans of the meat packing industry, Rod Schmidt and Mark Gilmore, Total Maintenance Solutions, Inc. (TMS) has built a solid reputation for trust and reliability among its clientele. With leadership remaining within the family and boasting over 60 years of combined experience, TMS specializes in equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime, and reducing critical operating costs for plants.
Since acquiring its original 26,000 square foot facility in Rock Island, Illinois in 2003, TMS has expanded significantly. By August 2022, TMS relocated to a sprawling 75,000 square foot production, manufacturing, warehousing, and office facility just a short distance away in Milan, Illinois. This single-site complex now houses sales and support offices, a parts and equipment storage warehouse, a repair workshop, sandblasting and paint booths, a custom fabrication shop, and shipping and receiving docks.
Strategically located in Milan, Illinois, part of the Quad Cities region, TMS headquarters are optimally positioned to serve its nationwide customer base.
