Hydra-Cell Seal-less pumps are designed, built, and tested in the Wanner Engineering 113,000 square foot facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Hydra-Cell has more than 40 years of experience serving manufacturers, processors, and commercial or institutional organizations, including many major global companies.

Hydra-Cell pumps are performance-proved for efficiently pumping the widest range of corrosive, high-temperature, abrasive, viscous, non-lubricating, and recycled fluids, as well as liquids containing solids. Every pump is assembled with the proper materials of construction to meet the application. Hydra-Cell F/M/D/H/G Series Seal-less Pumps

Hydra-Cell F/M/D/H/G Series heavy duty positive displacement pumps are designed for high-quality performance and long life. The seal-less design and check valves enable pumps to handle abrasives and particulates. The highly efficient pumps require low maintenance and reduced downtime due to the seal-less pumping chamber and their ability to run dry indefinitely which will lead to lower cost over time. The multiple-diaphragm design provides pulse-less, linear flow.

Hydra-Cell T & Q Series Seal-less Pumps

Hydra-Cell T and Q Series pumps feature the Hydra-Cell seal-less design, eliminating cleanup costs from leaking seals or packing, and protecting operators from dangerous fluids. Among the seal-less diaphragm features are a compact design, low NPSH requirements, and it handles more abrasives with less wear than gear, screw or plunger pumps.

Vector Peristaltic Pumps are designed to manage aggressive or corrosive fluids, high-viscosity substances, and high-purity liquids. With 17 models available, they cater to a broad spectrum of processing needs, making them perfect for pumping challenging fluids without changing their composition.

These pumps can handle high-viscosity materials (up to 100,000 cps) as well as pasty, pulpy, thick, abrasive, and corrosive solutions, including those containing solids up to 3.5 inches (90 mm) in size.
